This painting is a fun blending of three different creationist theories [i.e. 1.) that we may have been created by "God," 2.) that we may have been created by aliens, and 3.) they we possibly evolved through evolution, hence the title]. This is part one of the series.

As part of the “Healing” series, “Strength” depicts the layers of healing the strength of the body and mind. The large oak tree and the gritty white overlaying the entire image represents the strong skeletal structure where the moon represents the harmonizing of the mind and body.

As part of the “Healing” series, “Voice” is my work showing me reclaiming and nurturing the budding of my own voice.

This painting commemorates how stunning the topography and colors are during winter at Squaw Valley, USA.

I love falcons and I love riding my mountain bike. I wanted to create a painting that was a cool blending of the two, almost as a claim to having fun and accepting a power animal into my life.

This painting is a visual memory of those perfect ski days in Squaw Valley near Truckee, CA.

This piece depicts the beauty of flight and was featured as one of Laughing Sun Clothing’s illustrative t-shirts.

I love birds, especially owls. This Snowy Owl is a favorite of mine. I painted her on top of a map of Alaska that I wrote poetry on top of, finishing it off with cherry blossoms.
